Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, which is linked to your user ID. We do not collect your name, phone number, or other personal details. Your email is used solely for account authentication and essential account-related communications.

Automatically Collected Information

We use Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics on mobile, GA4 on web) to collect limited technical data, including an anonymous user identifier, device type, and app usage events. We do not collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, or biometric/health data.

Payments

Mobile payments are processed securely by Apple's In-App Purchase system or Google Play's billing system. Web payments are processed by Stripe (through RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your payment information.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide our services to you (account management, syncing progress)
  • Legitimate interests: Analytics to improve app performance and fix bugs, where this does not override your rights

  • Essential account-related communications
  • Improving app performance and fixing bugs

  • Google Analytics & Firebase Analytics , anonymous app usage analytics
  • Supabase, data storage and authentication
  • RevenueCat, subscription management
  • Apple & Google, mobile payment processing
  • Stripe, web payment processing (via RevenueCat)
  • Google Ads, conversion tracking on web (a hashed email may be shared with Google for conversion measurement)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Analytics data is kept only as long as necessary for product improvement.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
